DUSC Columns
DUSC Columns
The exact size, not the nearest size.
Most column radiator ranges give you eight or ten sizes and expect your wall to cooperate. DUSC Columns runs to 89 — four column depths, seven heights and ten widths — in white and black, so you fit the radiator the room actually needs, not the closest thing on the shelf.

Why the size range is the whole point
A column radiator has to live in a real space — under a window sill that is 40mm too low, in the gap beside a door, along a hallway where anything deeper than 100mm gets caught by a coat. When the range only offers a handful of widths, you end up choosing between a radiator that does not fit and a radiator that does not heat the room.
DUSC Columns exists to remove that compromise. Between 2, 3, 4 and 6 column depths and ten widths, there is almost always a size that matches the wall you have and the output the room needs.
Replacing an old radiator?
Every DUSC Columns product page publishes its pipe centres — the measurement across your existing valves. Match that figure and the new radiator drops straight onto your existing pipework: no re-piping, no floorboards up, no plasterer. It is the first thing to check and the hardest to find on most listings.
What every DUSC Columns radiator gives you
Traditional looks, modern steel
The cast iron column profile, pressed in mild steel and finished in a hard-wearing powder coat. Period character without the weight or the price of real cast iron.
Real numbers, published
Heat output in BTU and watts at Delta T50, pipe centres, projection from the wall and filled weight — on every single product page, so you can size the room properly before you buy.
Five year guarantee
Backed for five years, delivered free to mainland UK, and supported by a plumbing merchant rather than a marketplace seller. Advice on the phone if you need it.

Choosing the right one
| Work out the heat you need | Use the BTU calculator on any product page with your room's real dimensions. Size up slightly for north facing or draughty rooms. |
|---|---|
| Then pick the size that fits | More columns give more output from the same width. If the wall is tight, go deeper rather than wider — a 6 column radiator puts out far more than a 2 column of the same size. |
| Check your pipe centres | Measure centre to centre across your existing valves and match the figure on the product page. Add 90mm when fitting with new valves. |
| Horizontal or vertical | Horizontals suit under windows and along low walls. Verticals turn a narrow strip of wall — beside a door, between windows — into usable heat. |
| Valves and feet | Valves are sold separately; see radiator valves and accessories. Matching feet can be added on horizontal radiators from the dropdown on the product page — they are decorative and not load bearing. |
