2.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered. By submitting the Order, you enter into a legally binding Contract with Plumbxtra. In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to withdraw from this transaction. 2.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. When we dispatch the order, the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
2.3 We may refuse to accept an order: (a) where goods are not available; (b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment; (c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or (d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
2.4 We deliver to UK mainland addresses only and our maximum delivery lead-time is 14 working days from order placement. Our standard delivery lead times are usually well within this time frame and you will be advised our intended delivery date soon after order placement. If we cannot deliver within 14 working days we will offer alternative products of similar price or a full refund.
2.5 We reserve the right to deliver only to registered billing addresses and not to none connected delivery addresses. This does not affect your statutory rights and we will make a full refund if you do not wish to receive delivery of your items at your registered billing address. Our delivery agents are instructed to return the product to stores if they are unable to substantiate that the delivery recipient is resident at the said delivery address.

3.3 Our prices are reviewed periodically and we accept no responsibility for omissions or errors on the Website if you are notified prior to delivery.
4.1 If you wish to cancel your order you can; (a) notify us by email at admin@Plumbxtra.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or (b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, we require that you notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt of goods. Upon receipt of your written request, we will supply you with a returns number and address. You can then return goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
4.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt, providing you have requested a returns number in writing. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. The cost of carriage will not be refunded. Plumbxtra reserves the right to enforce a 25% restocking charge for non-faulty returns (also see Delivery & Returns policy).
4.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a refund of the amount paid, an exchange or credit as required.
4.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clauses 4.2 will not apply in the following circumstances: 1) in the event that the product has been used 2) in the event that the packaging has been opened or tampered with.
4.5 Faulty returned parts will be sent to the manufacturer and tested. If the manufacturer deems the part faulty, Plumbxtra will credit 100% of the original value of the part to the Customer. If the part is deemed not faulty the restocking charge will be 25%. Plumbxtra are not bound to accept non-stocked items back into stock where the item is not a part of the Plumbxtra core range and was ordered especially for the customer.
4.6 All boilers are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and no refunds once item have left the premises. Where a replacement central heating boiler is connected to an existing system the manufacturer cannot guarantee the performance and condition of the existing pipework, valves, controls and radiators. Any remedial work found to be necessary will be charged for ona time material basis.
If you purchased the item more than 30 days ago our aim is to get the problem put right as quickly as possible. In the first instance, please check if the manufacturer offers a helpline, repair or warranty service. Using this service may be the fastest way to get the problem put right.
The provisions of clause 4.4 does not affect your statutory rights.

14.1 It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure that the products selected are suitable for the application in question. It is strongly recommended that advice is sought from a suitably qualified and competent installer prior to making the decision to buy. Any product supplied by Plumbxtra should be installed by a person who is trained, competent and experienced. No requests for returns will be accepted where a product has been incorrectly installed by a person not qualified to do so.
14.2 Under the Gas Safety Regulations, it is law that all gas appliances and components are installed and maintained by suitably qualified and Gas Safe Registered operatives. Similar stringent regulations apply to other forms of fuel burning appliances and also the installation of electrical equipment and components.
14.3 All gas appliances must be installed by a Gas Safe Registered competent person. It is the responsibility of the competent person to ensure that the gas appliance is safe for use, is free from operational defects, its safety devices operate correctly, its flue system is fully functional, any ventilation requirements are met, any manufacturers installation instructions are strictly adhered to and any gas operating pressures are within tolerance.
Should an appliance, any gas safety device, or gas carrying component sold by Plumbxtra be subsequently installed by someone not legally competent to do so, any warranty and return requests may not be accepted.
