Where wall space is tight but the ceiling is generous, this slimmest of the black Laser Klassic verticals earns its keep. At just 335mm wide and a full 1800mm tall, it slots into the dead strip beside a doorway or between two windows and still delivers 3,885 BTU (1,139W) at Delta T60 from its seven laser-welded sections. The matt black RAL 9004 powder coat reads as charcoal in daylight and near-jet under evening lamps, which is exactly why narrow black columns have become the go-to trick for adding depth to pale hallways and landings.
Underneath the traditional silhouette sits thoroughly modern engineering: mild steel tubes pressure tested to 10 bar, a smooth two-column profile only 68mm deep and a five year Kartell guarantee. Pair it with brushed brass valves for contrast or blacked-out fittings for a full monochrome scheme.
Range photography is for illustration - the number of sections varies with the size ordered. This listing is the 1800 x 335mm 2 column model with 7 sections. Dimension drawing included in the gallery.
Rooms are not heated by guesswork - match the radiator's output to the space it serves.
| Output at Delta T60 (Kartell published) | 3,885 BTU / 1,139W |
|---|---|
| Output at Delta T50 (calculated, EN442 factor) | approx. 3,065 BTU / 898W |
| Typical room coverage | roughly 7-9 square metres in an average UK home |
Coverage is a guide only - insulation, glazing area and ceiling height change the sums. Use a BTU calculator with your room dimensions before ordering, and size up slightly for north-facing or draughty rooms.

Installation is a routine job for any plumber or competent DIYer used to hanging radiators.
Valves are not included. You need a pair: one wheelhead or thermostatic (TRV) valve plus one lockshield. Angled valves suit pipework rising from the floor; straight valves suit wall-fed pipe runs.
See our radiator valves range - the Kartell TRV and lockshield twin packs pair perfectly.
Orders are picked from live UK stock. Radiators are palletised or double-boxed and checked before dispatch - please inspect on arrival and note any transit damage with the driver.
