FENIX NTM is one of the most low-maintenance worktop surfaces available. The nano-technology surface naturally repels moisture and fingerprints, and its ultra-matt finish hides minor marks far better than gloss alternatives.
Wipe down with a soft, damp cloth and a mild detergent or general-purpose kitchen cleaner. Avoid abrasive scouring pads or harsh chemical cleaners.
For tougher stains use a non-abrasive cream cleaner with a soft cloth in a circular motion. Rinse thoroughly with clean water afterwards.
Fine micro-scratches can be repaired at home using a domestic iron on medium heat over a damp cloth. Applies to shallow scratches only.
Always use a trivet or heat mat under hot pans. Direct sustained heat contact can affect the surface finish over time.
Always use a chopping board. Direct knife use can leave cuts beyond the self-healing capability of the material.
Do not use bleach, solvent-based cleaners, or anything containing acetone. These can permanently damage the nano coating and void the guarantee.
