Home > Boilers > Combi Boilers > Ariston E-Combi ONE 30kW LPG Ready Combi Boiler
Compact condensing combi boiler for homes with 2+ bathrooms. LPG conversion kit included — ready for natural gas or LPG. Patented XtraTech™ stainless steel heat exchanger. 94% ErP seasonal efficiency. 28kW CH / 30kW DHW at 12.5 l/min. 51dB quiet operation. Ariston NET smart compatible. Certified by TÜV Rheinland. 2-year manufacturer guarantee.
Achieves 94% seasonal space heating efficiency under the EU ErP Directive — the European standard all boilers are now rated against. This is among the highest figures available at this output level, meaning minimal wasted energy and lower fuel bills year-round.
Ariston’s patented single-coil design features waterways 142% wider than conventional heat exchangers. Wider channels mean less risk of debris blockage, faster heat transfer, and better corrosion resistance across a wide pH range. Certified by TÜV Rheinland.
Supplied in the box at no extra cost. Your Gas Safe engineer will fit the conversion kit during installation. Ideal for rural and off-grid properties without mains gas — connects to a propane bulk tank or large cylinders arranged with your LPG supplier.
The burner adjusts its output continuously between 4.3kW minimum and 28kW maximum to exactly match the heating demand of your home. Far less on/off cycling compared to non-modulating boilers — lower fuel bills and more even room temperatures.
Custom silencer and insulated panels keep operational noise to 51dB — quieter than a normal conversation. Suitable for installation in kitchens, utility rooms, and airing cupboards without disturbing the household.
Ready for Ariston NET smart thermostat and app control out of the box. Monitor and adjust your heating and hot water remotely from a smartphone. Also compatible with OpenTherm smart thermostats for further flexibility.
The unique AUTO function continuously monitors the boiler and heating system to optimise efficiency automatically — adjusting flow temperatures to suit actual demand rather than running at maximum temperature all the time.
At 745 x 400 x 385mm and just 31.9kg, this is one of the more compact 30kW combi boilers available. Pipework connections maintain the same positions as previous Ariston Cares ONE models — straightforward like-for-like retrofit in most cases.
Boilers are large, heavy, high-value goods. Once a boiler box has been opened, hung, pressure-tested or commissioned, we cannot accept it back for change-of-mind returns.
Full legal terms in the Delivery & Returns tab. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected for faulty or damaged goods.

| Boiler Delivery Charge | Boilers are excluded from our free delivery offer. All boiler deliveries are charged — calculated at checkout based on your postcode. We use a fully insured pallet/specialist courier service to protect the unit in transit. |
| Why is delivery charged on boilers? | Boilers are heavy, large-format goods requiring specialist insured handling. The delivery charge reflects the protection, palletisation and signed two-person handover required for safe doorstep delivery. |
| Delivery Area | UK mainland only. Not delivered to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or overseas. |
| Lead Time | Up to 14 working days. Call 01282 429061 to confirm current stock and delivery date before ordering. |

We understand that change-of-mind situations occur. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt — however, due to the nature, size and value of boilers, the following specific conditions apply:
To avoid any of the restrictions below, please follow these steps before opening your boiler:
Wrong-size or wrong-specification orders fall under the change-of-mind returns policy below. PlumbXtra cannot be held responsible for incorrect kW, fuel type or model selection. If the wrong boiler is ordered and the packaging has not been opened, a change-of-mind return may be made under the terms of sections 2–6 below — including the 25% restocking fee in Section 3.
To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the boiler must be:
To begin a return, contact us in writing at enquiries@plumbxtra.com within 14 days of receipt to request a Returns Authorisation Number. Do not send any boiler back to us without this number — unauthorised returns will be refused.
If your boiler is returned in original sealed packaging and passes our inspection as eligible for change-of-mind return, a restocking fee of 25% of the original product value will be deducted from your refund.
Why a restocking fee applies — this deduction reflects the genuine costs PlumbXtra incurs in handling a returned boiler:
Legal basis: This restocking deduction is permitted under Regulation 34(9) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which allows traders to deduct from a refund an amount reflecting handling and diminished value of goods.
Worked example: On a boiler with an inc-VAT price of £600, the 25% restocking fee is £150. The refund issued would be £450 (less any non-refundable original delivery charge).
Refunds (less restocking fee and any other applicable deductions) are issued within 14 days of the boiler being received, inspected and accepted at our warehouse.
Boilers are heavy, large-format goods. Due to the size, weight and value of the product, PlumbXtra is unable to arrange or fund return collection. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for safe return shipping using a fully insured courier suitable for boiler dimensions and weight. We strongly recommend retaining proof of postage and insurance. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
If a boiler is returned to PlumbXtra and on inspection is found to show any of the following, the return will be refused:
Where the packaging has been opened beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the goods (in the same way you would inspect them in a shop), we reserve the right to deduct an additional amount from any refund — on top of the standard restocking fee in Section 3 — to reflect the further diminished value of the goods. This is permitted under Regulation 34(9) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
This change-of-mind policy does not apply to boilers that arrive faulty or damaged. If your boiler is damaged on delivery or develops a manufacturing fault, contact us within 48 hours of receipt on 01282 429061 and we will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you (no restocking fee applies to faulty goods). Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
For non-boiler products (radiators, fittings, bathrooms, accessories), our standard returns policy applies: 14 days from receipt, in original packaging, customer pays return postage, 25% restocking charge may apply to non-faulty returns. Faulty items are sent to the manufacturer for testing; if confirmed faulty, 100% of the original product value is credited.
