Two stacked tanks reduce cold water stratification. Cold enters the lower tank; hot water is drawn from the upper tank. You get 16% more usable hot water than a standard 80L single-tank cylinder.
At just 270mm deep this is approximately half the depth of a standard 80L cylinder. Fits in shallow cupboards, en-suite voids, and spaces where a conventional cylinder simply won't go.
The integrated auto-learning software memorises your weekly hot water patterns, heating water when you actually need it. No manual programming required — it learns from your usage and adapts automatically.
Two 1.5kW elements (maximum 1.5kW drawn at any one time) provide faster reheat than single-element models while remaining compatible with standard domestic circuits and leisure park hook-ups.
Periodic heating to 65°C prevents legionella bacteria growth. The Anti-Burn System (ABS) manages outlet temperatures to prevent scalding. Full peace of mind for domestic and leisure installations.
Rated IPX4 (splash-proof from any direction), the Velis Evo can be installed in bathrooms and wet rooms — provided it is sited outside Zones 0 and 1 in accordance with BS 7671 wiring regulations.
The maximum 1.5kW draw and ultra-slim footprint make the Velis Evo ideal for mobile homes, glamping pods, holiday cabins and leisure parks. Runs on standard 10A or 16A hook-up supplies.
Energy-related products B rating is best-in-class for electric storage water heaters of this capacity. Combined with the Eco Evo function, this is one of the most energy-efficient 80L electric cylinders available in the UK.
